Return and Refund Policy 

At Brizenta, we are committed to providing high-quality ceramic sanitaryware products. Due to the nature of our products (sanitary and hygiene items), we do not accept returns or cancellations after the order is confirmed and shipped.

1. No Returns Policy

  • We do not accept any returns of products once they have been delivered.
  • All sales are considered final.
  • Products cannot be returned for any reason, including change of mind, wrong size/color selection (after delivery), or aesthetic preferences.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product due to our error, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with clear photos and order details.
  • We will review the case on a case-by-case basis.
  • If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund at our sole discretion.
  • Return shipping for defective items (if required) must be pre-approved by us.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • All sanitaryware products (One-piece closets, wall-hung closets, basins, urinals, pedestals, etc.)
  • Any product that has been installed or used
  • Products with missing original packaging or tags
  • Customized or special-order items

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

5. Refunds (When Applicable)

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage approved by Brizenta.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

6. Shipping Damage

  • Please inspect the package thoroughly upon delivery in the presence of the delivery person.
  • If the outer packaging or product is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.
  • Claims for transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
